The default factory password for our suitcase locks is "0-0-0". However, please note that during everyday use, the password may be unintentionally reset.

We recommend trying combinations close to the original password, such as increasing or decreasing the digits by one. If this doesn't work, we suggest carefully attempting all possible combinations. While this may sound time-consuming, it typically takes less than 15 minutes and is usually the most effective solution.

Please note that once you’ve set your lock combination on your luggage from its original 0-0-0 setting, there is no way for us to know what your personal combination is. In the event that you are locked out of your luggage and running all possible combinations does not open the suitcase, contact us support@mvstselect.com

Only the Treva carry-on model can be nested in a Treva large suitcase. Other models cannot be nested in each other.

The Treva and Space models differ in both design and functionality.
Treva features an open interior layout, while Space includes an internal zippered compartment for added organization. Both are constructed from aluminum and equipped with non-removable wheels, but they vary in appearance and locking mechanisms. Additionally, the Space carry-on offers a slightly larger capacity than the Treva carry-on.

The TREVA is an upgraded version of the TREK, offering several key enhancements for improved performance and durability:

Upgraded Aluminum Alloy
The TREVA features a stronger aluminum alloy construction, providing enhanced durability and better resistance to dents compared to the TREK.

Patent-Pending Wheel System
While both models are equipped with high-quality wheels, the TREVA introduces a new patent-pending wheel design with a unique three-bearing system. This allows smoother, quieter movement and effortless rolling and turning—even under heavy loads.
Please note: Unlike the TREK, the TREVA’s wheels are not removable. Also, the wheels of the TREK and TREVA are not interchangeable.

Enhanced Lock Mechanism
The TREVA includes an upgraded lock system with a newly enhanced security mechanism. Inside the lock, there’s a switch that lets you set a custom password. Once set, simply return the switch to its original position to secure the lock.

Our aluminum suitcases are crafted to deliver exceptional durability and performance. However, even high-quality aluminum suitcases are subject to dents and cosmetic wear, which are largely material characteristics rather than defects in manufacturing or quality. These occurrences are, unfortunately, part and parcel of air travel and the rough handling that sometimes occurs with checked luggage. We include a complimentary protective cover with every suitcase to help protect it from rough handling.

We do offer free shipping for the contiguous US and select Canada and Europe orders. If your shipping address is not qualified for free shipping, shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

Standard shipping is free in the contiguous United States and selected Canada and Europe. If you live elsewhere in the world, your shipping charges will also be calculated at checkout. Expedited and express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

For international orders, delivery is completed in two stages to ensure secure and efficient transit.

Stage 1: Your package ships from our U.S. warehouse to our international transit hub in Florida.
Stage 2: After inspection, it is forwarded from Florida to your final destination.

As a result, international customers may receive two separate shipment arrival emails. The first confirms arrival at our Florida hub, and the second confirms delivery to the final address.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O addresses at this time.

If you live in the United States, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout. If you reside internationally, you may be charged additional duties and taxes. These are incurred at the customer’s expense.

The price in currencies other than US dollars is shown based on current exchange rates. As a result, you might see the price in Canadian dollars or Euros fluctuate.

VAT is included in the price of our products. We do not make a profit from VAT; it is collected and remitted to the relevant tax authorities in accordance with local regulations.

We encourage you to include the Shipping Protection in your order. Couriers often waive responsibility for these mishaps, or have convoluted and inconvenient methods for retrieval or replacement. If you choose to purchase the Shipping Insurance, then should the worst happen and your package be lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we will replace your order. If you do not want to include the Shipping Protection, you can simply uncheck it at the checkout.

Before we fulfill your order, you can cancel it by following these steps:

1. Visit https://mvstselect.com/account/login in your web browser.
2. Sign in with the email address and password you registered with. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password?" to reset it.
3. Locate the order you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel" button next to the item you want to remove.

Since the order was authorized but not paid, canceling it before we captured your authorization means the refund amount will be $0.
