  • What should I do if I have locked myself out of the suitcase?
    If you have locked yourself out of your luggage, we recommend running all possible combinations from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9. This will take about 15 minutes. Please note that once you’ve set your lock combination on your luggage from its original 0-0-0 setting, there is no way for us to know what your personal combination is. In the event that you are locked out of your luggage and running all possible combinations does not open the suitcase, contact us
    • How do I set the combo for my suitcases?

      Here are the two videos illustrating how to set the combination on the Space and Trek model respectively.

      • Do suitcases nest in each other?

        Only the Trek carry-on model can be nested in a Trek large suitcase. Other models cannot be nested in each other.

        • What are the differences between Trek and Space Model?

          The Space and Trek have different interior designs. Trek has removable wheels, and Space has non-removable wheels. Non-removable wheels are relatively stronger than removable wheels, but you will have to send the suitcase back to us for repair, which could take up to 45 days. Removable wheels are super easy to replace. If your luggage's wheels are damaged, we will send replacement wheels for free, and you should receive them in 3-5 business days. Additionally, the Space carry-on model has a slightly bigger capacity than the Trek Carry-on model.

          • Why is my Aluminum suitcase dented on its first use?

            Our aluminum suitcases are crafted to deliver exceptional durability and performance. However, even high-quality aluminum suitcases are subject to dents and cosmetic wear, which are largely material characteristics rather than defects in manufacturing or quality. These occurrences are, unfortunately, part and parcel of air travel and the rough handling that sometimes occurs with checked luggage. We include a complimentary protective cover with every suitcase to help protect it from rough handling.


            • Where is the suitcase shipped from?

            We do offer free shipping for the contiguous US and select Canada and Europe orders. If your shipping address is not qualified for free shipping, shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

            • How much does the shipping cost?

              Standard shipping is free in the contiguous United States and selected Canada and Europe. If you live elsewhere in the world, your shipping charges will also be calculated at checkout. Expedited and express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

              • Do you ship to a P.O. address?

                Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O addresses at this time.

                • Do I need to pay duties?

                  If you live in the United States, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout. If you reside internationally, you may be charged additional duties and taxes. These are incurred at the customer’s expense. The price in currencies other than US dollars is shown based on current exchange rates. As a result, you might see the price in Canadian dollars or Euros fluctuate

                  • Do you charge VAT?

                    VAT is included in the price of our products. We do not make a profit from VAT; it is collected and remitted to the relevant tax authorities in accordance with local regulations.

                    • How can I cancel the Shipping Protection?

                      We encourage you to include the Shipping Protection in your order. Couriers often waive responsibility for these mishaps, or have convoluted and inconvenient methods for retrieval or replacement. If you choose to purchase the Shipping Insurance, then should the worst happen and your package be lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we will replace your order. If you do not want to include the Shipping Protection, you can simply uncheck it at the checkout.

                      • Can I cancel my order?

                        Before we fulfill your order, you can cancel it by following these steps:

                        1. Visit in your web browser.
                        2. Sign in with the email address and password you registered with. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password?" to reset it.
                        3. Locate the order you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel" button next to the item you want to remove.

                        Since the order was authorized but not paid, canceling it before we captured your authorization means the refund amount will be $0.
